Delivery within the UAE
Delivery is available to serviced areas within the United Arab Emirates. The final delivery charge is AED 25 per order for standard areas and AED 35 per order for listed remote areas, with no weight-based calculation at present. Select your actual delivery area at checkout: if your area appears by name, choose that entry; otherwise choose your emirate’s standard-area option. Areas marked “No delivery” are not currently served. The applicable delivery charge is shown before you place your order.
Delivery time
Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days. If an exceptional delay affects your order, contact us for assistance and an updated delivery estimate.

Delivery issues
If the wrong item arrives or your item is damaged or defective, contact us. When the issue is our fault, DARJUDUR covers the costs of resolving it, including return shipping. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Delivery outside the UAE is not currently available through online checkout.
التوصيل داخل الإمارات
التوصيل متاح للمناطق المخدومة داخل الإمارات. رسوم التوصيل النهائية 25 درهماً للطلب إلى المناطق العادية و35 درهماً للطلب إلى المناطق البعيدة المدرجة، دون احتساب الوزن حالياً. اختر منطقة التوصيل الفعلية عند الدفع؛ إذا كانت منطقتك مدرجة بالاسم، اخترها، وإلا اختر المناطق العادية في إمارتك. المناطق المعلّمة «غير مخدومة» غير متاحة للتوصيل حالياً. تظهر رسوم التوصيل قبل إتمام الطلب.

يستغرق التوصيل عادةً 1–3 أيام عمل. إذا حدث تأخير استثنائي، تواصل معنا للحصول على المساعدة وموعد التوصيل المحدّث.

تواصل معنا إذا استلمت قطعة خاطئة أو تالفة أو معيبة. عندما يكون الخطأ من جانبنا، تتحمّل دار جذور تكاليف معالجة المشكلة، بما فيها شحن الإرجاع، دون المساس بحقوق المستهلك القانونية.
التوصيل خارج الإمارات غير متاح حالياً عبر الدفع الإلكتروني في الموقع.
