Products
Our products are made from olive wood. Natural grain, colour and outlines vary from piece to piece. Please read the dimensions and description for your chosen model before ordering. Natural variation does not remove your rights where a product is defective or does not match its stated description.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). Review the products, quantities, delivery charge and final total before placing your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through our payment provider, Mamo. Contact us promptly if an order or payment appears incorrect.
Delivery
Our current UAE delivery charge is AED 25 per order, including remote areas, with delivery normally taking 1–3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Returns and refunds
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 2 days of receiving an unused item. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 4–10 days after approval. Where the issue is our fault, we cover the costs of resolving it. Read our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process. Statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

منتجاتنا مصنوعة من خشب الزيتون. تختلف العروق والألوان والحواف الطبيعية بين القطع. يرجى قراءة أبعاد ووصف الموديل قبل الطلب. لا تلغي الاختلافات الطبيعية حقوقك إذا كانت القطعة معيبة أو غير مطابقة للوصف المعلن.
الأسعار والدفع
الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي. راجع المنتجات والكميات ورسوم التوصيل والمجموع النهائي قبل إتمام الطلب. تظهر وسائل الدفع المتاحة في صفحة الدفع وتُعالج عبر Mamo. تواصل معنا فور ملاحظة أي خطأ في الطلب أو الدفع.
التوصيل
رسوم التوصيل الحالية 25 درهماً للطلب داخل الإمارات، بما فيها المناطق البعيدة، ومدة التوصيل المعتادة 1–3 أيام عمل. راجع سياسة الشحن للتفاصيل، وقدّم بيانات تواصل وعنواناً صحيحين.
الإرجاع واسترداد المبلغ
لتغيير الرأي، تواصل معنا خلال يومين من استلام القطعة غير المستعملة. تُعاد المبالغ المستحقة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 4–10 أيام من الموافقة. عندما يكون الخطأ من جانبنا نتحمّل تكاليف معالجته. راجع سياسة الإرجاع للإجراءات الكاملة. تبقى الحقوق القانونية المتعلقة بالعيوب أو التلف أو المنتجات المسلّمة بشكل خاطئ محفوظة.
